Here’s how you can help make the collection process faster and easier:
- Close the discharge valve and ensure that caps or lids are properly in place.
- Make sure that product information labels are attached to the packages.
- Gather all packages together in one location.
The containers and barrels we collect are either refurbished for reuse or recycled.
If there are any liquid residues in the containers or barrels, we ensure their proper recycling as well.
Products that cannot be reused are thoroughly cleaned. The cleaned plastic parts are sent for use in the plastics industry, while the steel parts are processed for reuse through a compression plant. Any environmentally hazardous materials are delivered to a waste treatment facility for safe handling.
